Food is one of the most important elements of an event. We strive for perfection in our catering and service. The price per head of a menu is determined by the complexity of the menu and the numbers catered for. We can create any bespoke menu of your choice and our professional chefs have a wide and varied experience in providing dishes from all around the world. 

• Refreshments at the registration stage for delegates as they enter the venue 
• Mid-morning refreshment break
• Lunch break
• Afternoon refreshment break
• (Optional drinks reception) 

There is currently no evidence that food is a source of corona-virus (COVID-19) and it is very unlikely it can be transmitted through the consumption of food, according to EFSA (European Food Safety Authority).

The main transmission route of the virus is assumed to be direct human to human contact. 

Based on what we know about similar viruses, the virus would be inactivated through thorough cooking and the disinfection of food preparation surfaces using appropriate methods. 

Refreshment breaks consist of the following;

• Filtered Coffee
• Tea and Herbal Teas
• Fruit Juices and Water
• Biscuits
• Warm danish pastries (Optional addition)

Lunch breaks consist of the following;

• Hot two course buffet or
• Cold and hot Sandwich & nibbles buffet
• Dessert
• Fruit Juices and Water
• Coffee & Tea

Rest assured, all our prices per head include the following;

• Equipment - cutlery, crockery, glassware and service cutlery
• Disposables - Plant based Eco-friendly coffee cups, lids, stirrers and napkins
• Event Management - Catering manager and Uniformed Hospitality Staff
• Linen - Buffet table linen (Round table linen - Optional addition)
